Desserts

On the other half of my childhood photos, I can be seen in the kitchen - mainly preparing sweet dishes. Dessert is always in season! Fruity and light in summer, spicy and nourishing in winter. From lemon cake to chocolate mousse to gingerbread. My favorite thing are layer-cakes! Combining new flavors and decorating the cake with meditative calm at the end - before eating it with at least as much pleasure.
